A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment
If a client is accidentally charged more than once for the same service, the extra payment will be refunded after verification.
Service Not Initiated
If a refund request is submitted before the work or service has been initiated by our team.
Failure to Deliver Service
If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline due to reasons solely attributable to our team.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
Once the service has already started or work has been delivered.
If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide required information or documents.
If the client changes their mind after the service process has begun.
If a journal rejects a manuscript after submission. Journal acceptance decisions are made independently by the journal and cannot be guaranteed.
If the client does not follow the submission guidelines or instructions provided by our team.
In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of work completed and the nature of the service already provided.
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
The amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
